Recently I try to go on diet! Last year, I could lose weight 8kg for about 3monthswith
wii fit. However, I finally gained back the weight for 4~5kg.:( That's why I try it again. I didn't know how to go on diet last year, so it was too hard to keep lost weight off. This year, I gathered much
information about that, so I learned I shouldn't do extreme things like diet restriction, more than 30
mins exercise and something like that. My new diet menu is to
do little exercise and
think about my diet and solve constipated! I do muscle training like squat, aerobic
exercise and yoga
every night.
I
recorded what I have every meals, try to take 20
mins to have meal. I also have all bran and drink vegetable juice
every morning. I also have sweet potato to gorge myself and solve constipation. Now I lost weight for about 2kg. :) I wanna keep my diet habit, however I like to think about foods....one of my habits is watching food website and looking over groceries stores....Anyway, I wanna be healthy slender woman someday!!
