Chocolate Brownie

Today I baked chocolate brownie for my family and me.:) The recipe was written in CanCam, so I followed it!!
I actually don't know what brownie is well because I seldom have it. I think I have had some in Minnesota. My mom and I though today's brownie was like Gateau chocolat more than Brownie. However, if I heard the word "Brownie", I always recall the British movie "Notthing hill".

Shrimp tomato cream pasta

Tonight I cooked Shrimp tomato cream pasta.
I wanted to cook by myself, but my father finally helped me. I tried to cook it like the site I found last night, but my pasta definitely looked different from it. However, the taste was soso good!:D

Fashion revolution

I finally tried to change my fashion to be funky girl!
Actually, I didn't have interest in fashions like clothes and cosmetics, but I realized I should care about it because I want to be much attractive and adult. Some people recommended me to be fashionable before, but I would often ignore their advice. :(
To be fashionable, I bought a fashion magazine, CanCam to learn what kinds of clothes are popular in Japan. I also bought a one piece, stocking and boots!! Fortunately, I could get them very cheaply because they were on sell. I will be fashionable more and more from now. :P

Yakisoba

Tonight I also cooked nouilles sautees (Yakisoba).
It was the first time that I cooked a real yakisoba, not a instant yakisoba.
In fact, I have never cooked Yakisoba in my life, so I tried to cook one by my imagination. I didn't dare to ask my parents how to cook it.
Anyway, I was glad that my original yakisoba looked like normal yakisoba and its taste was almost normal yakisoba.:D

Original fried-rice

Today I cooked fried-rice for three times a day for my family.
When I was a pupil, I would often try to cook fried-rice, so I didn't cook one at all till I cooked today. It has past nearly 10 years since I cooked one last. However, I found the way of cooking fried-rice on Yahoo last night, so I followed the site.:) I think the taste was Okay!!

Self-cooking

Tonight I tried to cook in advance to be self-independent. I deep-fried chicken, french fries and mushrooms, and cut a cabbage.

It was less difficult to cook them than I expected. In fcat, I didnt deep-fried chicken enough, so my mom warmed them up in a microwave oven.

However, to my badly, I had fried chicken for 4 times a week;one was for lunch and the others were for dinner. I try not to eat them too much from now.


Before I cooked hamburg with my parents. When I cooked with them, I didn't think it was difficult to cook, but, I may forget how to cook it. > <

I know I am very poor at cooking, but it is fun to cook something to me. I hope I can cook better soon. I also want to cook something with rice next time. Maybe, I will update my blog if I cook next !!

Job hunting

Now I almost finished my senior year of my university, so I have to do job hunting hard.That's why I start to go to Fukuoka so often and do some activities in Kumamoto for that. I will spend my spring vacation to my job hunting because I really want to get a good job and earn lots money by myself in the future.:)
However, I have some plans to do during my vacation except for job hunting. To tell the truth, I am afraid if I can live alone in the near future because I am not sure I can find a job in Kumamoto. I think I need to be self-oriented before moving on another prefecture.
They are my plans during this vacation:

1. Leaning house work! (laundry, cooking, folding clothes etc....)
   
2. Be more fashionable!
3. Care of my diet!

To my luckily, I have enough time to do those things, so I will do them little by little as much as possible. Of course I keep studying English too!!

Actually, he was my first close KGU American male friend for me.
However, he already left here to back to America.

We often hanged out and ate out......I think we went starbucks for 3 times at least. He seemed to like Starbucks, Beer, Pizza and Cheese cake.

In fact, when I started to getting foreign friends from last October, I would often eat out...then ate Pizza, desserts like cake and parfait......Actually, I must have become fat.

However, I enjoyed spending my time with them. If I go to Texas to see him, I want to eat out a lot like that I did in Minnesota. :)
