Book Review1-4

I read the book "Five famous Fairy Tales" written by Grimm. I will review one story of them.

One of stories is "The Table,the Donkey and the Stick". Once there was a woman with three sons. They are Tom,Bob and Jack.Their mother was very poor.So they had to look for work. Tom worked very hard for a kind man. When the year ended the kind man gave him a table. It was a magic table.If he said to the table" I'm hungry", wonderful food appeared on it by magic. So he tried to bring it to his house. he came to an old man's house to stay.An old man accepted him but could not deserve food. So he showed his table and gave any food to an old man. But an old man was not good person. When Tom was asleep that night, the old man took the magic table from his room.He made a new table and put it next to his bed. Tom brought fake table to his house. He tried to deserve food ,but couldn't. So he got angry and wrote to his brother, Jack about the magic table and the jealous old man. Bob worked with a friendly man in village. He worked very hard.When the year ended,the man gave his a donkey.It was a magic donkey.If he said the magic word , then gold fall from its mouth. So he tried to go home. But he went to the old house to stay. The old man asked for some money. Then he showed his donkey and gave him some money. The old man wanted it. He found another donkey and put it in the place of the magic donkey. So next day,Bob took a new donkey, and later he found it. He got angry and wrote a letter to Jack about the magic donkey and the jealous man. Jack worked with a wood-cutter. He worked very hard. When the year ended,the wood-cutter gave Jack a beautiful box. There was a stick inside it. It was a magic stick. The wood-cutter said "When somebody is unkind to you,the stick will help you." Jack came to an old house on his way to home. Jack told his journey and said "I have something better than the magic table or the magic donkey." So the old man wanted it and came into his room. Then stick hit the old man on his head ,arms and back. Jack asked him to give the table and donkey instead of stopping. The old man agreed. Jack could bring them all to home. So his family were never poor!!
This story is a little short but intersting. And it is not so difficult story.If there are the magic table,donkey and the stick in real, I really want. And I thought tales give us learning about life and so on. I recommend many children to read this book!!
